Re: Welcome
Tue, November 22, 2005 - 6:31 PMHi shalom...
I think I have one of the greatest Ofra Haza-collections in this world! I have all of her cd's, vinyl's, video's and lots of rare songs and remixes. I also did some Ofra Haza-remixes by myself.
I love her music and will always continue listening to it.
Greets Wael.

Re: Welcome
Sun, August 6, 2006 - 1:05 AMHi, first of all, thank you for this great tribe, Bath Tsion!
I introduced my self allready in the "Free Song Featuring Ofrah" topic an of course I am like all of us here a huge Ofra fan.
The first song I knew of Ofra, was Ha Freha, on a Israeli hits compilation album, called "Shir La Shirim" in 1980.
In 1986 I 've had the great oppertunety to go to Israel and bought allmost all her albums available in a record store in Tel-Aviv on Dizengov. These albums where:
Pituyim, Shirei moledet (1, 2 and 3), Hai and Adamah.
The CD's where available here in the Netherlands as well:
Yemenite Songs, Yomim Nishbarim, Shaday, Desert Wind, Kirya and Yemenite Love (a compilation with hard to get songs and "rareties".
I made 3 compilation albums, but due to legal reasons of course never distributed them:
Hazanah (Cantores - the Hebrew Years);
Malahat Tsion (The Angel of Zion - the Yemenite Years);
Shirey Ahavat (Love Songs - the rareties).
My favorite Ofra website is: www.ofra.haza.co.il
I guess the most complete site, however if you don't understand Hebrew, a little confusing of course ;)
Love, Marti
